Shipping and Order Confirmations
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Subsequently, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email. In the event that your order requires multiple shipments, you will receive a corresponding number of email confirmations for each shipment. We recommend retaining these emails (invoices) in your mailbox.

Address Restrictions
Please note that we do not deliver orders to military APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes. Kindly ensure that you provide a valid physical address during the ordering process.

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday and shipped across California, Nevada, and Arizona. All doors are securely shipped using a specially designed crating system to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping*
Orders are shipped via LTL (for large items) or carriers (for small items).

LTL shipping is curbside only, unless otherwise specified, at the customer's expense. The delivery time varies depending on the final destination, with an average of 5-7 business days for the West Coast.

Please note that orders are only shipped across California, Nevada, and Arizona. For orders outside the contiguous US, please contact Trendy Doors directly.

Will Call Service
Customers have the option to arrange delivery of their order themselves. In this case, kindly contact us to inform us of your arrival time at the warehouse to schedule pickup. You will receive an email containing instructions, as well as the time and date for picking up your order.

Please be aware that all orders must be placed in advance. It is not possible to purchase a door directly from the warehouse, as it does not offer retail services.

The hinges have 6 screwholes per hinge in an “Arc” pattern.
Plain bearing hinges feature knuckles that are machined to a smooth surface, allowing them to move against one another without bearings. Plain bearing hinges are not recommended for heavy use on high traffic entrance ways, but meet the need of a standard residential door.
It is recommended that two hinges be used on doors up to and including 7 feet with one additional hinge for each additional 2.5 feet. Make sure you check your current hinges before making a purchase.
